Absolutely first rate! I had some hail damage and sun damage on my 2014 FJ Cruiser, and it was looking a little tired. Elite submitted insurance paperwork for me and scheduled repairs. I just picked it up and the vehicle looks brand new (aside from all the junk I keep inside it). Elite literally rewound the FJ back 11 years. I cannot be more satisfied with Elite's work. Enough typing. Time to go for a drive in my new FJ Cruiser!

Elite made my repair a breeze. Someone side swiped my car in a parking lot. From evaluation to getting it out the door, I was overtly impressed. There was a miscommunication and Elite truly went above and beyond to take care of it. Their customer service is unparalleled. Their technical work is great too. I have a black metallic car and they matched the color well and made it look like new. I have done business with Elite for 3 different deer claims since I've moved back home. Was overall satisfied with work except for the latest and last work done for a 3rd deer claim. My bumper was replaced in full and wasn't not properly lined up with my front end of the vehicle. There was always a small gap on the front passenger side. I went in recently to get a quote done on a hit and run and mentioned the said info listed above. Got treated differently because of it. The owner (male) is super friendly and is professional with business. He even mentioned that he would reattach my front bumper the next time that I came in to do business. Spoke to the woman who did my estimate and I felt like I was being treated different/poorly. Asked for a different estimate which was not quoted properl

This company is top-notch. Professional. Courteous. Reliable. They don’t make promises they can’t keep. They don’t compromise in quality. They worked with me to give me the best results I could get on a tight budget. What was estimated to be over $3,000 at other places ended up costing me $1,400. I appreciate them so much!
