A Plus Tire & Wheel

I ordered new tires for my silverado online. After dealing with terrible service from Wheel Works in San Ramon I needed to find another shop to install them. I have A plus a call and the lady over the phone was very kind and told me to bring it on in so I did! The staff here was incredibly nice and professional, and the whole place was working hard! I dropped my truck off at 1:00pm on a Thursday and it was BUSY— But that made no difference. Within just over an hour I received a call that my truck was finish! I really liked this place because the vibe was good, people were very sincere, and they had a solid crew that was getting after it. Oh yeah, and the prices were GREAT! I was quoted an initial price but was given an even better deal given I am a veteran. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND A PLUS TIRE &

First impression was far from professional. I called this morning to make an appointment for a tire change. Someone picked up the phone, didn't say a word to me (not even "please hold"), but whoever answered continued talking to another person at the counter. Then, 30 seconds later, she pressed one of the buttons on the phone continuously, causing that ear-piercing signaling tone to blast through my phone. So, I hung up and tried to call back, and on each of four consecutive attempts I got an automated message: "The number you are trying to reach is unavailable because they are busy." Weak and unprofessional. I won't even bother again. Really bad form and a horrendous first impression.

This place is a literal life saver. My tire popped on 580 and my spare had a nail in it. A stranger was kind enough to tell me about this place and they wasted no time patching it up. Not only that but Ricky's customer service was top tier and down to earth. His willingness to work with me (and my tight pockets) so I could get back on the road truly shocked me. I honestly don't know what I would've done if I hadn't been directed to this place. I highly recommend bringing your business to this establishment as I plan to in the future. You won't be disappointed.

Needed a tire valve stem replaced Quoted 20-25 Walkin. In n out in 5 minutes. Good service.

Came in to see if they would be able to repair my dented wheels due to a pothole. They were able to fix it really quickly and also patch up one of my tires that had a nail in it. All was said and done in under 15 minutes. Great team effort, and thank you to all who serviced my car. This is the place to go to folks for any tire/wheel issues/ maintenance, or replacements. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
