This was my very first time doing business with A plus transmission. My experience was amazing. I was a walk in but it was pretty early so they were able to get me checked out shortly after I arrived. Clay greeted me, educated me and made sure that I was taken care of. I was a little hesitant about using a new place but Clay and his knowledge made me feel very comfortable. Great experience, very knowledgeable, courteous, patient and reasonable pricing. I would refer this team of transmission specialists any day. Definitely deserving of a 5 star rating.

I had a great experience with A Plus Transmission servicing my 2003 GMC Sierra. I brought my truck in for transmission repairs back in 2021 then again in 2022 and a fluid change just recently in February 2026, and from the very beginning the staff was professional, knowledgeable, and honest. They took the time to explain exactly what was wrong, what needed to be repaired, and why the fluid service was important, without trying to upsell unnecessary work. The repairs were completed in a timely manner, and my Sierra now shifts smoothly and drives better than it has in a long time. My first visit to the Stafford location 01/22/26. I'm so happy I went the staff are super kind and pleasant. They serviced my vehicle in record time even with multiple cars on site. The manager (Clay) is very knowledgeable about the regarding the needs of your particular type of vehicle. Clay and I talked about the earth our planet, types of places we'd like to live in, travel and even about my love for vintage and antiques. He was and is so personable and that is rare these days especially for those in leadership roles. I truly recommend this location, go check them out and ask for Clay. I had my 2013 Lexus RX350 transmission oil and filter changed at 127,000 miles. Car is running smooth and good for another 25,000 before I change it again and hopefully get 2 or 300 miles out of it. Clay was great and the service fast this is a great place to have your transmission work done they are knowledgeable and friendly I will definitely be going back there for my transmission work Thanks Susan.

I returned a second time due to awesome service received the 1st time. We dealt with Mr. Javier with updates on several occasions. It took a little while since it was a bit complicated and they wanted to ensure it was done right. I appreciated that. My truck is running like new again!
