A+ Quality Glass

After being told we could potentially have glass installed within a week, we scheduled an appointment to have someone come out and measure as we had a time crunch to get these windows replaced before listing our home. When no one arrived for our appointment to measure, we called the office and were apologized to profusely and told someone would be out the next day. Someone arrived that same day without calling and seemed extremely unsure of his measurements and inexperienced, but we were anxious to get them done anyway. We were told we would have an estimate within 48-hours, so after that time had passed and had not heard from anyone, we reached back out and left a voicemail (on a Friday). We never heard back so on the following Tuesday reached out again and spoke to someone who said they’

Part of the trim on the right side of my windshield was coming up. The dealership said I should go to a glass shop instead of having them take care of it. I stopped by A+ shortly before they were closing on a Friday. The guy working there came out and took a quick look, noticed that a clip was broken and warned me that the whole trim may need to be replaced the next time the windshield is replaced. However, he also then glue down the trim without any charge! He was super friendly and helpful, even at the end of the work week! The next time I have a bigger job, I’ll be sure to check in at A+ quality glass!

Absolutely fantastic service fast and friendly the gentleman that installed my windshield was kind enough to wipe my dash down before in stalling the windshield. There was a little confusion about the exact windshield for my car they ordered both confirmed which it was and they still honored the original price quoted over the phone. Safelite may repair but they will replace your wallet with a empty one. Hands down I will use A+ quality glass if the need ever arises again
