Broke down on IH 10 and towed to A&R. They were so nice to check if it was a fuel pump. Found a leak at a joint in the fuel line. Had to replace a connector which solved the problem. They could have charged me any amount, but I was astounded by how little they charged. Hope I never have a problem in that area again, but if I do, A & R is where I will go.

👌 👍👍 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ SPECTACULAR! Limped off Interstate 10 with a bad radiator, 1,000 miles from home, at 7 a.m., and don't know what to do or where to go... Google shows A&R Automotive 16 miles away. I was waiting 8n front when they got there. Because I was a traveler in distress, they helped me immediately and I was back on the road before 11 a.m.! Fair prices, reliable, and friendly service! I strongly recommend them!

Mid move to my new duty station, my car began overheating. As soon as they opened up shop the owner was in my car diagnosing the problem. He managed to figure it out, order the part, and install it so I could get back on the road within a couple hours. The move was nothing but problems up until that point, but they got us back on track and went above and beyond to help us. If anyone is in need of help in the area, I would recommend this shop for anything. 10/10

Terrible mechanic and service. My husband dropped off our truck, and he let him know that we were not sure of the issue but explained what happened right before it broke down. After several months and phone calls for an update (we had to contact him EVERY time), he finally told us it needed a new transmission. Another month or more goes by, and he finally got the new transmission installed, and we are able to get the truck back. We instantly have to take it back due to it running so bad, and he tells us it needs a new motor. We did not feel he was properly diagnosing the truck, so we got the truck back after him having it over a YEAR! We decided to take the truck to a new mechanic, and he called us within 3 days and let us know the ONLY issue was a crossed threaded spark plug! It was a $25

I had an issue while driving down I-10 and ended up here. While I ended up not getting work done, the worker was very kind and straight up with me about my car. I really appreciate his honesty, and taking the time out of his day to open my hood and give me advice.
