Dennis was so incredibly KIND and very professional. I was having such a rough day with needing my inspection, oil changed and tire fixed and just his willingness to be so helpful and calm brought me so much peace. I pray the good Lord blesses both him and his establishment for years to come. You just don't find many folks like this much anymore and so im beyond thankful we found our new mechanic.
This is a great business to frequent for oil changes, inspections, tires, et al. Dennis is a super nice guy and a great mechanic. He loves what he does. He keeps the shop super clean and organized (even the waiting room). Going here is like stepping back in time to Mayberry. Prices are also very reasonable. I love coming here and highly recommend!
What an excellent place to do auto business! Reasonable, informative and outstanding customer service. I'm returning next week for tires and brakes. Dennis was recommended and I am so thankful. I highly recommend Downtown Auto.
Dennis was extremely professional and told me exactly what time to come back. I got back a little early and he pulled my truck right in and did what he had to get me back on the road!
