Got their number from a friend when my car wouldn't start and my normal shop was booked Out 3 days. It was very last minute and they were able to get it fixed in the same day, which came in clutch because I had to be to work that night. Working with them was a super easy. Trey was very friendly, down to earth & knowledgeable. Pricing was good as well. There was an unexpected timing issue but overall would definitely highly recommend them & will be using them going forward.

Jennifer was awesome. Obviously this is super subjective and case by case, but they helped fix my issue for ~$450 less than my normal shop. She was super kind, very clear, and the job was well done. I will 100% remember this service in the future!

If I could go higher than 5 stars I would. Not only did Trey come to my house to get my keys, drive to my stuck car, (I had my 2 year old and no sitter) but he diagnosed the problem and got it resolved on a Saturday in less than 4 hours! His prices were insanely fair and the service was beyond excellent! Truly a “step above.” He sense has followed up with me even after being paid to check on my experience driving the car to make sure everything was working right! Guy is my new mechanic for life and could not be more grateful!

Diagnostics for no start went great! Jennifer was very professional and timely, stayed till dark to make sure I could get to work the next day! Ended up having to replace the starter and now my truck starts like a dream! Highly, highly recommend A step above!

She did a great job and was there quick. She came back the next day and fixed it aftet a new stsrter, it starts and runs great.
