I absolutely loved this place! The service was excellent and everyone was so friendly and professional and efficiently, and the whole experience was wonderful from start to finish. I honestly wish there was a place like this in Austin! Even my kids enjoyed coming along — they were fascinated by the process and had a great time. Thank you for making something as stressful as car repairs such a pleasant and memorable experience! Highly recommend!

Rush Automotive is the only place I trust with my vehicles!! They are honest and more affordable than any other place I have been. Their staff is super friendly, especially Cameron and Justin. Their waiting area is super comfy to wait in(recliner charis, TV, and coffee/water always offered). Thank you for always helping us out with any and all vehicle problems and making it a pleasant experience!!!! I cannot say enough about the exceptional service that Justin and Cameron gave from the Georgetown Rush Automotive. My car broke down while I was on the way to be with my dad in his final moments in hospice. Justin, who knew my dad from previous visits talked and comforted me and Cameron drove me to the hospital himself, instead of making me wait for an Uber that could take 20-30 minutes. This is why my family and I go to Rush, because they treat you like family and they genuinely care about their customers.

These guys were amazing and took such great care of me. My experience could not have gone better. My wife and I had just moved to the Georgetown area and feel fortunate to have found Rush.
