Took my car there back in March and got my valve cover gasket changed. Paid cash because they knocked off some money, I assumed they didn’t want to pay taxes on earnings and I wanted to save money. Didn’t get a receipt, that shoulda been the red flag to me but I let it slide giving them the benefit of the doubt. Took my car to get serviced and the dealership and they sent me video of the area where the leak is coming from and low and behold it’s from my valve cover gasket they supposedly changed back in March!! I gave them a call and am waiting to hear back. $400 down the drain bc of this! Don’t take your care here, turn around! I’ll update my review if I get a call back but I will also be reporting them.

I recently took my daughter's red convertible VW Coupe to A to Z Auto Repair in San Diego and was thoroughly impressed with their service. I have been taking my two cars to this shop over the past few years and both mechanics, Andres and Jorge always provide the best advice and the best service possible. Plus, their prices are unbeatable and their friendly care is great. Furthermore, I have never come back for them to fix “a mistake” they fix it right the first time. I highly recommend them, they are awesome!

hey you guys if you need a of a great mechanicand his staff. Andres and the guys from A to Z auto are the mechanics for you. My mom and I have been taking our cars for years now. Andres is real and down to earth. He is an honest and very reliable mechanic highly recommended.
