A to Z Automotive Services and Repair

On Friday morning my vehicle broke down at Parthemore Funeral Home, Parthemore called A to Z Automotive and they came jump started the vehicle and took it to be checked out on my way home by a relative stopped by and Andrew told me it was the alternator needed replaced and he gave me a affordable price quote I said order it and proceed with the repair. Monday morning it will be done. Andrew you made me feel at ease you are now on my list of reputable auto repair shops.

Andrew took a look at my car, a new Subaru that had transmission pan damage that ultimately needed to go to the dealership. Though he didn’t end up working on it, he went above and beyond to try to find workarounds to help me get it repaired under warranty and gave me good advice on how to handle it with the dealership. I am not car savvy and really appreciated that Andrew took the time to explain every aspect of the damage and the potential fixes. He spent hours on this and wouldn’t even let me pay him for his time. I’ll definitely be coming back to A to Z for future repairs and maintenance needs.

I’ve been taking my car here a few times but my father took his truck here and they were supposed to replace valve gasket covers which were never even done charged my dad also broke off the covers for his engine never admitted to it but then when I said something he said he would replace them. Then 2 days after my dad’s check engine light is now on which was not on there when we took it to the shop. I have videos of proof that shows the bolts were never even taken off. And another way I could tell the valve gasket covers were never replaced because the broken piece from the engine cover was still connected no one is going to take all that off then take the bolt off then replace that broken piece and put it in the exact same spot common sense. Wild stuff! My dad took his car there and the side of his car got damaged from them... I was just here while my dad called the guy to talk to him. He admitted that they damaged the car while they were jacking it up... He tried to justify it by saying that he saw the car was rusted from looking under it, then he admitted that he didn't even look under it, another guy did... This conversation was filled with yelling and obnoxious profanity on his part. Whoever runs this place is a bad business owner, a contradicting liar, and is unbelievably unprofessional... I've never written a negative review of a business before. The only reason I am now was because of how shockingly rude the phone call was while my dad was calm the entire time.
