Leahy's Auto Repair

I chose to take my car to Leahy's based on their online reviews. I was very impressed with the service! John really went the extra mile to get to the bottom of the problem. He confirmed my suspicions that my 14 year old car didn't have a lot of time left! He was honest about the very expensive repair it would need, and advised me that I'd probably be better off using that money toward a new car. I appreciated his candor and honesty. I will definitely be using Leahy's in the future.

My daughter had her ride in for inspections after making an appointment. Car was inspected in a timely manner after going in needing nothing and guess what? Nothing wrong was found by trustworthy people. Fairly priced and done when expected, thanks Leahy Auto!

I recently was pulled over, unbeknownst to me, the entire right side of my vehicle was lights out. I needed to find a reputable shop close by. I called Leahy's, and spoke to Ed, who gladly squeezed me in the next day! Not only that, but they are literally a block away. They got my car in first thing,as they were going to squeeze me in. John took care of me today and kept me up to date with pricing. I was so happy when John called a mere 2 hours after I dropped the car off to tell me it was done already! Because he was squeezing me in, I expected it to be there most of the day, so huge surprise! Can't thank these guys enough! I know where I will be taking my car for all future care!

Light engine came on for our Honda Pilot Monday morning, my wife was in a panic and started calling Honda to make an appointment fast!!! She was able to make an appointment no problem but was instantly worried about what is going on with our car, how much will it cost, what else would they find!!!! That's whe I mentioned Leahys Auto Repair in New Cumberland, she made an appointment, cancelled the Honda appointment. I dropped the car off at 8 am on Wednesday, by 11:45 I received a phone call with what was going on, the ow much will cost and a time that the car will be done. At 12:50 I got my second phone call from our out mechanic John who informed me that everything was done and if he can come and pick me up while he was test driving the car to make sure everything went well. Here's the deal. People live amd die by their mechanics. Once they have a bad experience they will write off a specific garage and make sure to be as negative as they can. All I know for sure is Leahy's has always taken care of us in a timely manner. Tells me what Ill need now vs what can wait. Pricing? Seems decent to me not sure how it compares. But I dont shop around. Im a creature of habit. I found a garage i like and can rely on. And thays it. They also now have the ability to pay online. And even have online booking. So the little conveniences we are used to. They now offer. TLDR. Never had a bad experience, they treat me well. Convenient. Hope this helps.
