A1 Auto Repair And Muffler

After using my card here, I experienced attempted fraudulent charges the same day. I can’t prove the source, but the timing is concerning. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. I’m currently making a police report.

Zero stars!! DO NOT GO HERE!! At first, I thought I had found a great place to get my car repaired. That was all smoke and mirrors. They repaired my exhaust shield by creating new holes in the bottom frame of my vehicle; instead of taking the time and effort to remove the original screws, and repair it with material I gave them. After this repair, my back windows have stopped working. My airbag light is on, my door sensors will not go off, and the traction and ABS light frequently come on. After returning to find the issue they refused to believe screwing holes in my car frame could have anything to do with it. Treated me like an idiot. (Ps. They can respond I yelled, hell yeah I did)

I came to this shop for work twice the first time was for a muffler work they cut a piece of pipe and welded with the exhaust pipe it was fixed for like three months then I went back and they fixed it again and I pay 1300 now the noise is back again. I went and got work done in February 2024. I got a water pump, racking and pinion steering rack, shocks and hub barium 1800 of work just to find out they never replaced the water pump I tried there service the second just to get ripped off never again if you a woman I recommend you to go with a guy because they will rip you off now I’m without a car and they do not care just to charge me again. Just know I gave them zero stars. Frank was good at first the older black guy is not there anymore and he did a great work maybe that was a sign to get

Poor customer experience. Went to one of their competitors and had my service performed there. This shop wanted an inspection fee of $40. So if they were unreasonably priced, you are out $40. The competitor offered free inspection and we're reasonably priced so I spent my $200 there.
