The Customer service is amazing! I have been to more than 8 mechanic shops to try and find the issue with my car. Some people wanted to charge $180 just for the parts, they charged only $42 for the parts. They are such loyal people and don’t take advantage of customers. They were able to diagnose the problem and fix it. The customer always comes first, I feel like they are family and am happy to recommend them. What an amazing business owner Avi is. I pulled up to this establishment with a nail in my tire. Avi quickly directed his employee Pedro to plug my tire. Less than 5 minutes later my car was ready to go. When I asked if I can pay with card he told me that he won’t charge a local resident to help them fix a tire. Very professional shop and it couldn’t have been any quicker. I highly recommend bringing your car to A1 for all your repair needs.

Not honest at all, put on a remanufactured alternator and tells me that’s a new oem and charged me $700 lol, good luck not getting ripped off here. The towing guy wasn’t too friendly either wouldn’t commit to the original deal and up the price after he tries to abandon my car on the street.
