If I had the option to give zero stars I would do it. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place ‼️ I had a flat tire in my new car. I went to get the service to replace one wheel. The employee received the car and told me that my brakes were done and the car might have problems. I explained to him that yesterday the car had a comprehensive treatment at a Mercedes-Benz dealer and underwent a comprehensive inspection because it was still under warranty and was found to be in perfect working order. Apparently a technician tried to increase the sale but failed. When he came to return the car to me, he opened the door without any delicacy and hit the driver's door - the lift. I was advised by a complete stranger that a new Manager was at the Mavis Tire in Fort Lee which is a drive for me. But the stranger was speaking about how times used to be when you had representatives that not only listened to you and your issues but actually knew the products without pulling out a catalog to describe what they do and how they do it. That is rare nowadays when you go to a sales rep and they know nothing or why and walk you around the store to the catalog to read about the product that you could have done and go back to their cellphone with no further dialog.
