When I called this company to get my car towed I was told I’d be able to leave it unattended being that it was night time and I had things to do, My car was towed diagonally with my front right tire on the curb and the back half of my car in the middle of the street. Because of the way my car was towed I got a ticket. Not only that my keys were not in the car and I was not told that they were dropped off with the tire shop owner, and my car was unlocked the entire night, thankfully nothing was stolen. But when I spoke to someone from the company asking about where the keys are they were no help and when I asked if I could be compensated for the ticket that I got because of the way they towed my car I was told that I wouldn’t be able to be compensated with a really bad attitude. Absolutely a lifesaver and wonderful service, almost God sent in the most needed hour!! I cannot thank the tow driver enough for rescuing in the middle of a snowstorm at 2am during the night. The tow truck driver was extremely knowledgeable and highly experienced as well as professional, everything you would need in a troubling time. The price was very reasonable for the service provided, did not seem to take advantage of the vulnerable situation and towed the vehicle, helped extensively to figure out how to submit the car to a dealership in the middle of the night. Woke up to all four tires and rims stolen car sitting on bricks. My insurance roadside assistance kept dispatching tow trucks for hours. One after another, they canceled, never showed, or claimed they couldn’t tow a vehicle with no wheels. Hours lost, still stranded. Finally, A1 Towing was the company that actually arrived. The driver was a total pro carefully loaded my car on the flatbed even without rims, and got me straight to the dealership with no hassle. When everyone else (including my own insurance) failed me, A1 came through and saved the day. Huge thanks 100% recommend!

🚨 scammers(posing as Brooklyn tow company) actual name is A1 towing, plus sent a separate company truck).. made me wait over four hours to send the wrong flatbed truck causing damage to my front axles and brakes. I explained on first call that I needed a short truck with skates for rear. After wrong truck, They hung up the phone and left my car on the road stranded saying these things happen.

Great service. Came on time as agreed. Javeid, the driver, pulled awesome maneuvers to get into the underground garage and put my car on the flat bed. Delivered my car to my mechanic without any problems. I am very satisfied.
