Your reply proves exactly why I left this review. My driver told you we requested OEM Henderson airbags, and you still installed aftermarket parts without permission. That’s not “confusion,” that’s ignoring instructions. Blaming “100 bosses calling” and a loaded trailer is just excuse-making. Other shops do this job faster and without drama. And calling customers scammers instead of owning your mistakes says everything about how you run your business.

This guy is awesome I had bad DEF pump due to which truck got derated to 5mph. He helped me right away even though he was super busy. Finish installing pump and regen in 3 hours. Call him if you are in Twin Falls area.
