Horrible. Came in with one tire with low pressure. Tried to upsell me to buy 4 brand new tires. I had just bought 3 brand new tires less Than a year ago. I asked for a quote for some cross climate 2. Didn't know what they were, couldn't find the product in their system, and asked me to find a product number. Finally when he did find the product he gave me a quote of 5k for 4 tires saying they were super premium tires. Mind you he thought they were a discontinued model when I first asked him for a quote. I ended up going to Big Discount Tire Pros for 1/4 the cost.

Great guys here, and they hold integrity, which is hard to find. I've got my rim fixed here. Rims, once cracked, won't ever be the same, but they worked with me and helped me get back on the road. Even when I had other issues, they had no problem helping. They’re trusted advisors in my book. Didn't question me or anything, just told me to come in. I will now have all my work done there. Thank you, guys, for restoring my faith in mechanics and people.

Great experience. They fixed my wheel rim when other tire shops wouldn't, at a very reasonable price. They also has wheel rims in stock. Confirmed my tire was good, and They were kind and honest and that's all I ask for. 10/10!

This tire shop has earned a lifelong customer. On my first visit, I had a new set of tires installed on my 2014 Tesla Model S—and they didn’t just stop there. They gave me an alignment after the install and even helped me out with a spare tire for an extra wheel I brought in. No extra charge, just genuinely thoughtful service. Fast forward to today: I hit a pothole and caught a flat. I called to see if I could have the car towed in. They didn’t have my tire in stock, but still offered to help by getting the spare put on until the replacement arrives. What really stood out? They stayed two hours past closing just to wait for the tow and the spare to be delivered—making sure I could get safely back on the road. It’s safe to say I’ve found my tire guy. Give them a shot.
