Nawaf was in the middle of a job when I called him, but he agreed to help me and I’m so glad he did! I was stuck in north Dallas and needed a tow to my mechanic. He gave me a very fair quote for the job and stayed in contact via phone, text, and pictures during the job from start to finish. I was frantic, as I had previously had a VERY BAD experience with a different tow company last summer and he assured me he would take care of my car, and kept that promise.
