I had an amazing experience with A2Z Auto Repair. I had taken my car to two other shops and was told it wasn’t worth fixing and that I should just sell it. I wasn’t ready to give up on my car, so I brought it to A2Z — and I’m so glad I did. From the start, the customer service was outstanding, especially David. He was professional, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They treated my car with care and brought my baby back to life. The work was completed in a timely manner, and the pricing was fair and reasonable. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the quality of their work. A2Z is officially my new go-to place for my car. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, skilled service.

10 out of 10 would recommend. If I could leave 6 stars I would! All the service advisors were super friendly and I even met the owner. Brandon was very knowledgeable and helped me understand what was wrong with my car. The mechanic must have been related to road runner because my car was fixed in no time! If you need a place to get your car fixed, LOOK NO FURTHER!

Always great customer service at A2Z!! Their team is so helpful when it comes to answering any questions. They are truly a business that goes the extra mile whether it is only for routine service or customization work. It is a truly important to be able to feel comfortable (especially to me as a female) when it comes to going to a place for car maintenance, repairs or other work. I have no worries or concerns when going there for any type of work. This is a great place and Kevin’s team provides honest and knowledgeable feedback. I very seldom take the time to leave a review, and appreciate all they do. They are simply best!!

if I could give less stars I would. I brought the truck in to get an idle fluctuation fixed. After 2 weeks replaced a part. That didn't fix the problem, so they wanted to do more work. Weeks of no communication and me having to continuously call to try to get someone on the phone to give me info. I was told they are still trying to find the problem. after 3 months of very little and difficult to have communication, I was told that they couldn't figure it out and for me to come get it and just pay for the part. that was fine until I got there to get the truck. they had it sitting out back for so long that the battery (less than a year old) was dead and there were so many leaves on it I couldn't see the bed liner. The truck barely ran when i got which is 10x worse than when I gave it to them

Tommy Louis runs this shop very professionally. All repairs were done exceeding my expectations and at a very fair price. Went above and beyond to ensure my car ran smoothly. I highly recommend A2Z auto for BMW repairs.
