Told Austin 2 times to replace a cooler line before truck was in his possession. Was told your truck is done come get it but it was a pain in the butt to get to the cooler line so we didnt replace it. So I have no choice but to take the truck home. Paid 2600$ for rebuilt transmission but didnt get the cooler line replaced and four miles from Austin's shop the line let's go and leaks all transmission fluid out. I call Austin and he says " what do you want me to do about it?" On my receipt it says i have a 6 months warranty, but Austin will not return any text or call now. Probably the most counterfeit automotive situation ive ever dealt with.

I had my 4L80E transmission rebuilt by Austin, and within a day it was clear the rebuild was not done correctly. I immediately began having problems and dealt with a lot of stress trying to get the issue addressed. Weeks after dealing with the issue I, nor Austin figured out the problem. I couldn’t wait longer I needed my work truck. I took my truck to Midwest-Gillette Transmissions, where they inspected it and confirmed the previous rebuilder had made mistakes during the rebuild. They corrected the issues and got the transmission working properly. When I brought this to Austin’s attention, he refused to work with me on a refund and would only offer store credit, despite the faulty rebuild. Started getting a terrible Shutter on my 15 Tahoe and found Austin's shop on market place he pulled, rebuilt, and installed the transmission. Got ahold of him on a Tuesday evening he got it in the next day and had it ready to go Friday morning. Easy guy to talk with and has alot of knowledge! Couldn't beat how fast he was able to get me in and complete the job! Would highly recommend very reasonable price and couldn't ask for better service!

Came in with my 6l80e slipping a bucking, called up Austin to get it taken care of and he did just that! I dropped it off Wednesday afternoon and the truck was finished Friday! Austin sent me updates on my truck and sent me pictures and videos of the truck during the whole process! I would highly recommend these guys for all your transmission needs!

Great job rebuilding my 6l80 transmission from my Chevy truck. He’s rebuild my 4l60 in my previous truck aswell! Would recommend!
