I have had work done by them in the past. No complaints there.. But recently I have had to take my vehicle to them a few times. And each time there are still problems after I get it back. The caliber came loose as soon as I drove away. Had to turn around and come back.. they did correct the problem for me with no charge.. the second time I took it to them They hear nothing and see nothing. I know I'm not crazy.so they put it up and look at it... I was told I need this and that done to my vehicle. But had to have it towed from here to a dealership. When it got to the dealership. What they said was wrong with it was not at all the problem. And the other things that they said I needed fixed. Didn't need to be fixed. But what needed to be fixed was something they already charged me for and wor

This shop is my go to place whenever I have issues with my car. They have very knowledgeable mechanics who are also very friendly. I’ve also found their prices are some of the best and most reasonable around. For quality work and a price point that won’t break the bank, I give them a 10/10. Best ship in the QC!!

A little while ago I got Tim to install my aftermarket downpipe on my mk 6 GTI. I was at school and had no way to check the work without a lift or jacks so I trusted that Tim had done a good job or at least done his job. after getting home and finally being able to get under my car to see why it was so loud I saw that they had not connected the downpipe to my exhaust but due to the incorrect installment the downpipe had been shooting hot exhaust onto my gas tank melting a hole in the cover and started to melt the actual tank. Can't believe they wouldn't honor to pay for the services I had to get done to resolve this problem. I won't be going here again because I dont want my car exploding because someone tried to cut corners.

got pretty much my whole front end redone here (control arms, ball joints etc.) n when they sent it home with me the alignment was TERRIBLE. took it into somewhere else to get the alignment fixed just to find out screws and pins to the parts they fixed where not installed at all or tightened down (dude at the shop said i could’ve lost all my steering!!) may have been a fluke thing n someone forgot but that could’ve cost me my whole vehicle or my life… other than that they did fairly well service.
