I bought Nissan brand new 2022 model pick up truck for the use of electrical materials delivery. The truck should be installed lumber rack. Nobody had the right rack for the latest model except this company. I knew the reason later. They have the adjustable rack, good to any model, and do installing it on the truck. After rack installation on my truck, it was so amazing. Adjustable Rack!

Very poor customer service! I am not one to write a bad review, but I had ordered parts on Tuesday morning and paid extra to have 2 day shipping and by Thursday afternoon they hadn't shipped. When I call the lady was rude and kept telling me no one can help and hung up. All I was wondering was if they shipped now I just want my refund which I had to have my husband do because when I tried being nice I was hung up on.

Ordered JE pistons and 104mm cylinders on 9/19/21. "Jonathan" stated in stock. I pre paid 100%. 10/05 my parts are still lost and AA doesn't seem to care. UPS says returned to them on 9/22. I get no sensible answers from AA.
