Charges more for "sports cars" using the "coupon" but definition of a sports car is their determination. A 2 door convertible SC430 is defined as a sports car. Same everything as a Lexus sedan. There is no more effort in testing my car than any other. Plug in a cable is same as other cars. As others have said, this is shady and I avoid shady businesses. There are better choices.

I showed up before the posted opening time and was serviced immediately. The mechanic was very friendly and sociable. Although he had a strong accent, he was professional and helpful when answering questions. The service was thorough and quick. No complaints.

Quick and pleasant experience. The guy I interacted with was very nice but doesn't speak the best English, and I think that contributes to some of the customer service concerns I've read here. He charged me the same price for a 2023 Audi that someone on here mentioned for their 2005 Toyota, so no scamming that I can see.
