I am soooo happy I found this place! They are very friendly and made everything hassle free. They communicated with me through the whole repair process and I was pleasantly surprised at their pricing. You can truly feel that this is a small, family owned shop. They treat you like you’ve been a longtime client, even if it’s your first visit I was having steering issues and it turned out that I needed tie rod ends and an idler and pitman arm replaced. I didn’t even realize just how bad the issue was until I drove it after the repair and felt the difference! The service manager (Brian) was very transparent and honest and he didn’t push any repairs or services on me (which I hate, and have come to expect at any auto repair facility), he just told me what was needed to fix the current issue a

This place is horrible. Do not take your vehicle here. I purchased a diagnostic on my 2013 Audi A4 which does not run since it was flooded with oil. the reason why am leaving them a 1 star review is they forgot / misplaced a X shaped support beam that goes under the car and tried gaslighting me saying it was never there to begin with. After not getting any type of further help from them, I threatened that I would leave a bad review and contact the owner. Only then did they say there would order me a new one which took 3 months to arrive. On top of all that, when I went to go pick it up, Brian Sanders was so rude he had me sitting in the lobby for 15 minutes while he typed 2 words per minute until he reached behind him and grabbed the part. Never going back here and highly recommend you do

They are very transparent Brian had an answer for every question I had. Overall it was a smooth experience with quality motors, easy 5 stars !
