AAA Annapolis Car Care Insurance Travel Center

I had my car towed into this shop on December 30, 2025 by AAA. It has now been over three weeks and none of the original concerns that I requested be diagnosed on my vehicle have been completed. I checked the vehicle in with the store manager, Mario, originally. My original concerns were that my AC was blowing hot air, and that I was experiencing a knock or noise in the rear end. After having my vehicle for over a week, I was contacted and told that I would need to come down to the shop to ride with the mechanic to identify what noise or knock I was referring to because the technician was hearing several. I didn't have a good experience at AAA auto repair in Annapolis. I had a 7:30 scheduled appointment to have my car serviced. When I came in no one was in the body shop. The mechanic didn't arrive until after 8. Not a good sign!! They were suppose to work on my car but then I was told, they didn't have an appointment for me. I took a half day of work to take my car in so this was a total waste of time. I would not take my car there to be repaired. They are not a real body shop. They have one mechanic working there and the service is horrible.

Many thanks to Scott for all of his help with getting me in and out in a few days of my car being towed in. No one ever wants to end up with their brakes going out on them, it’s the worst experience ever. I appreciate the quick turnaround and communication. Great customer service!

Updated Review – AAA Annapolis (Nov 29, 2025) – 3 Stars Update to my previous review: I returned to AAA Annapolis on November 29, 2025, and I did notice clear improvement compared to my last visit. The location appears to be under new leadership, and the changes in how the service center is run are showing in a positive way. Scheduling: A few days before my appointment, I called and spoke with a service advisor who was very pleasant and accommodating. They made sure all the services I needed were included and provided an estimate ahead of time, which I appreciated. I had an issue with my car, with an under carriage panel hanging and scraping. I am not a AAA member, yet.... They provided me timely, professional, top notch service today for something that could have been a much bigger problem had it not been repaired today. I appreciate you all so much! Thank you!
