Exceptional service! I brought our Panamera here for maintenance and service and had a very pleasant and professional experience. Service includes videos sent to you of in-progress work taking place with your vehicle and any recommendations from the technician. My car was fixed properly and returned cleaner than it arrived, along with a topped off fuel tank. Also a nice perk is being able to use a loaner while your car is there in the shop! Took my car in for service on Monday. Three campaign recalls were necessary, 30k mile service and I had the front license plate mount installed. All the service above was to be completed by Thursday and to my surprise I was able to return the loaner and have my car back Wednesday morning. Hugo kept me up to date with all service done with videos posted by the service technician who provided excellent care. The staff at Porsche of Annapolis are very easy to deal with and are very accommodating. They are professionals and very knowledgeable.

The service at Porsche Annapolis is always of the highest quality. My 2022 Cayenne e-Hybrid was in for its 40,000 mile maintenance visit. I caught a courtesy ride home because the dealership was performing a recall upgrade on my EV mobile charger. During the service, which was required to take a couple days, I was kept updated on the progress of the service, including a video from the lead service technician. When the service was completed, my Cayenne was delivered back to me at my house, washed and clean, as always. You could not ask for more. Everyone at Porsche Annapolis is professional and friendly. Hugo Eilenberg is amazing.

The BEST Place to Buy and Service your Porsche! They treat you like family and the Service Appointments are so easy to book even on a Saturday.
