I love this service! Jasbir And his daughter are beautiful people. They don't gouge you and they have quality service fixed my 1994 Pathfinder also my Civic was totaled. It was a difficult tow for the original tow truck driver but Jasbir arrived on saying and got the truck on the flatbed in no time

Worst experience i have ever had dealing with a tow company including their so called manager who not once apologized for his driver. The Driver not once asked what was wrong with the vehicle before trying to pull it onto the flat bed and to top it off was talking on his ear piece (phone) the entire time. Manager is denying his worker was on the phone as well even though he was not present. Now I’m in need to further this issue because the driver denied service once he knew he messed my vehicle up more than it was, and left very quickly leaving my 5 year old daughter and I on the road. 45mins later the same exact tow truck from a DIFFERENT company came and successfully towed my vehicle no issue. The worst! Called them at 1:30 in the afternoon for a tow from Livermore to Dublin. They said they’d be there by 3:30. At 4:30 (3 hours later) still not there, said there’s traffic from hayward, (I️ checked traffic, it was light) but the driver was already on 580 in pleasanton (which is 15-20 minutes away), and would be another hour (even though pleasanton to Livermore is only 15-20 minutes away), so now eta is 5:30? I️ could have driven to Nevada in that much time! After all that!....They NEVER showed up! Awful! I’d give negative 10 stars if I️ could! After all that waiting, my mechanic closed! I️t was a holiday weekend and the mechanic was waiting to accept my car but because of AAA I was screwed. I️ figured if I️ called a tow truck at 1:30 in the afternoon I️ could get my car

They do excellent work at reasonable prices,also sell new and used tires
