Lily was such an inspiration! She was incredibly friendly, and her smile could brighten up any room. I just had to go up to her and chat about the AAA membership. She found me an amazing deal that I couldn’t resist. She’s a pro when it comes to AAA, so I highly recommend working with her.

I've been a premium member for over 5 years and using this location regularly for 3 years. After my most recent visits I won't be returning. I had my car towed in and had the battery replaced only to get my car back with an unresponsive remote start. After waiting multiple days for an appointment I was told there was nothing they could do and I would have to go to an outside location/specialist and potentially pay more money for something that wasn't broken prior to their having my car. Not to mention I was the one calling to receive updates on my car after going almost 2 full business days without hearing from anyone. Completely unacceptable and inconsiderate when someone is waiting for their car back in the middle of winter. Prior to this I had great experiences, but there's no way I'll

There’s nothing even remotely close to the experience that you’ll ever have by going into the Brick AAA. Everybody is so friendly and so kind. You can even get yourself a cup of coffee while you’re waiting for your car to be serviced or waiting to book a trip or get an insurance rate. The luggage is just amazing. So much to choose from. And trip-ticks are always a good thing when you’re traveling. #gopremier on memberships

We had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Louis of Legacy Towing from AAA today, and we couldn’t have asked for a better responder! Our car had a flat tire, and Louis arrived quickly, assessed the situation with expertise, and replaced the tire efficiently. He was professional, friendly, and reassuring throughout the entire process, making what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. Not only did he get the job done flawlessly, but his positive attitude and willingness to help were truly commendable. We were helped with travel plans by Carey Marciano. She was very knowledgeable. We were having trouble finding reasonably priced flights on our own and she was able to find affordable flights by Checking different Airlines, airports, both here and in Florida. And dates of travel. she could not have been more helpful.
