AAA Cotati Auto & Tire Center

Hello. I called several places and got the very best price,by far, from AAA cotati. My 2004 prius was long overdue an oil change. They got me right in and did the oil change and suggested I change my air filter. I was quite relieved because I had waited so long for oil change and check up. My car and I are older models....lol... I've seen many an oil change station. This business is immaculate. The waiting room is comfortable and hot coffee is made. In particular , I really want to acknowledge Ronnie Oakes, the manager. He helped me download the discount which I couldn't figure out and he was very patient. I will never go to another business for service. So refreshing because they truly cared about me and my car! Wow..just wow!!!!

I recently moved here from Kansas City and found Larry and the entire staff at AAA to be professional, helpful, empathetic, courteous, and informative. They did a great job rotating my tires and taking excellent care of me. I have a relatively new truck and first went to the dealer for an oil change and tire rotation, but because I have aftermarket wheels, they would not rotate my tires. After moving to Sonoma County, I think my expectations were a little too high based on that first experience. However, when I arrived at AAA in Cotati, any expectations I had were more than met! The Keurig was machine and comfortable. Waiting area was just icing on the cake.!

Excellent prompt and transparent service! My car had a number of issues to address and Larry provided good recommendations for repairs that would keep my car and myself intact. The pricing was reasonable, and my AAA membership meant I got discounts and rides to and from the repair shop. As long as I'm in the area I'll keep going to this shop!

My low tire light was on. They checked my tires for free without an appointment. They checked the tire pressure and gave the tires that needed air. They told me one was low and if the light stayed on to come back in for a more complete check.

Brought tire in for repair. Looked at it and said it wasn't repairable. Would sell me a new tire for $248, but wouldn't be in til next day. Went to America's tire. They actually took it off the rim and looked at it. Fixed it for free
