I am new to Sonoma county and need to get my breaks done. I got an appointment the next morning. I was very pleased at how quick my brakes were done and I was on my way with the rest of my day. I was just told by Firestone that whoever replaced my alternator broke a hose and put tape on it. The one who replaced my alternator was Joel at his shop in Cotati. We never took any of our cars back to him after he told us not to use anti freeze and use water instead, a couple days later one of our cars engine over heated and broke down due to it. Save yourself a lot of money and take your car somewhere else
