Don't use this place! I went in for my"free" oil change as a member of AAA. after waiting for an hour and a half in an empty place they came and told me a list of things that needed fixed on my car and that it would cost me around $400 for those fixes. I told them I was just interested in the oil change and that I would talk to my mechanic and then make the necessary repairs either with my mechanic or possibly AAA. They had left the oil change light on so I went back the next day because I was in the area. After waiting around for 40 minutes I found out that they had never changed the oil. When I questioned her she told me it was too dangerous to change the oil because the plug was so bad, a fact that wasn't articulated the day before. Great service! They ordered my tires and they arrived on time. My appointment for tire replacement was for 12pm and my car was done within an hour. John provided great customer service. I would highly recommend.

I had gotten a flat tire and had to drop off my car here. Since they were closed when my car arrived the previous night, I called first thing in the morning and spoke to John - I just have to say how amazing he was. John had went above and beyond to make sure I was aware of each step of the process. Maybe he could tell how concerned I was, but his kindness truly meant a lot to me! It was such a pleasure speaking with him throughout the day. John is the best!!!

I found out about AAA Car Service about a year ago and couldn't be happier. Went to Eatontown NJ for first time and everything went perfectly. John ReDavid was the agent who helped me and he was great. John walked me through the inspection and explained everything. No wait time and the service was done in a timely manner.

Worst service I’ve ever received from any company. I took my car last Thursday for an unresolved flat tire after a roadside assistance guy plugged something in my tire the day before. When I brought it in, they measured the wrong car’s tread and told me I needed all four brand new tires, to which I told them I was sure I did not. We went back and forth and then we went outside to measure my tires, and all 4 tires measured perfectly fine. That was their first screw up. I understand mistakes happen, so I said it’s ok and we moved on. They did tell me that I needed one new tire to replace the one with the plug in it and to fix the flat. We ordered it to be delivered the next day. Friday I go to get my new tire put on, and once I’m in the waiting area, they tell me they ordered the wrong tire
