I do not understand the reviews of others, but I have to say the general manager Mike was incredible, I had a check engine light. He attended me fast and efficiently. The price was reasonable great service. I will definitely be coming back. They fix my check engine light plus it did a fuel system cleanup, fast and they even offer me a ride back home and a pick up I complain. AAA is the best.

I am absolutely disgusted at this company. The man who helped me was great however my repair were almost 3000. And refuse to have a payment plan because I and most people dont have $3000 to just drop at a moments notice. It forces tou to sign up for their credit card. I should not have to open a line of credit to pay for my car. This is repulsive and she be illegal. I will be talking to a lawyer to see what I can do about this.

We recently had oil changed. Upon leaving we filled the car with fuel. Later that same day, the engine light came on. We thought maybe the gas cap was not closed properly. Opened and closed the gas cap. Waited until the next morning. Engine light still on. Decided to go to Autozone for diagnostic code. Possible O2 sensor. Had O2 sensor replaced. Engine light still on. Turns out the oil cap where the new oil is added to engine was not seated properly. This should be a FUNDAMENTAL function of a mechanic. Unacceptable. Will not be going back to this AAA.
