I brought my truck in to be diagnosed for having my wheels locked up. I was immediately told that my transfer case was bad and that it may be a slew of other things but won't know until then inspection is done. I received a phone call stating that I required a new transmission, transfer case, fluids, and some gaskets. This totaled to be just over $11,000. Once I declined, I was told a detailed receipt would be placed in the truck and sent with it, when towed to my house. Once it arrived to the house, the paperwork was not there. A representative by the name of Carlos texted me asking if I am willing to sell my truck. At this point, things seemed very questionable (unprofessional). I hesitated to respond and when I did, I stated that not at this moment. It would be for no less than 5,000. H

This shop should not be trusted in any way. My car broke down on a trip and AAA brought me to this shop. They charged me over $900 for a repair and charged me for services and parts that I did not approve. It took over 2 days. The repair was done incorrectly and once back home I had to have it done again. Cost was $367. I drove over 250 miles with the belts half off of the front of the engine. To make it worse they would not approve the warrantee claim for days. They marked up a $15 gallon of antifreeze to $49! I would not bring anything to this shop unless you want to pay 2 times the cost for anything. They took advantage of a stuck traveler in my opinion.

AAA roadside assistance was phenomenal, the repair center was utter trash. Got towed there around 1230-1 . Told them I would get food just contact me . Was contacted at 215 stating that they may need to replace more than just the flat tire, if not all four. So I agreed said replace the front two. Finished eating arrived back at AAA around 3 or so . My car was on lift with tires removed when I got back until 425, when I went to the counter and ask if they are gonna work on my car or not. A red bmw came In after I returned and was finished with four new tires an hour before mine got done. To top it off I asked the last service manager what my tread depth was and he said they didn’t note it , yet “I probably needed all four tires replaced!” After paying and leaving the manager came out and sa

TECHS DAMAGE COMPONENTS AND THEN LIE ABOUT IT. Brought my Tacoma for a steering rack replacement and state inspection. The rack was successfully replaced and wheels aligned. State inspection failed over "airbag light on" and "horn not working" (Those in the business of working on cars who see this after a steering rack replacement would call this a clue.) I was confused, as I didn't have any active trouble codes on my ECM prior to dropping the truck off. I checked the diagnostics with my scan tool and found codes for "open squib circuit D" and open squib circuit stage 2". These alarms coupled with the fact the horn was suddenly nonfunctional indicated a broken airbag clockspring inside the steering wheel. When I asked about the damage, the service rep got defensive claiming they didn't me
