Today was my first time at this location or at any AAA Car Care Center for an oil change. I have been an employee of AAA for 15 years and I dont know why it took me this long to have them take care of my car. I was met by Acidian Haywood, who was amazing from start to finish. He took the time to explain things to me in such detail and was extremely professional, honest and polite. He is a stellar employee and a huge asset to AAA. After today, I will never go anywhere else for my car care!

Best service and price parts and labor by far in the area. You will not get better price and service for any repairs anywhere in our area. I’ve been to them all Sabo, Superior, etc. over the past 20 years. They literally charged me double for the same brakes, alignment, and other parts and services. This is a hidden gem of a repair shop.

I am writing because of a wonderful experience we have had with AAA travel agent Catriona McCormack, who is also located at this facility. Catriona planned a 15 day bus tour for us throughout Scotland and Ireland, and did so with an incredible amount of expertise, insight, and patience. She was always accessible to answer our questions, and even texted me several times throughout the trip just to check in and see how we were doing. Honestly, she treated us, and made us feel, like we were her only clients. Catriona would be a wise choice for anybody looking for an incredible travel agent.

I ordered a battery from triple a last year and it just stopped working less than a year. I called this location on October 21st and spoke to Kevin Dimatteo he was really nice and professional over the phone and was told that I can bring it in and they’ll check it out. So when I got off work I rushed and arrived about 5:20 and talked to Kevin again! He was super nice and told me he would be able to check it out which I was thankful because they were about to close. He offered that I could wait in the waiting lounge and offered complimentary coffee and water! After doing the test the battery failed and they honored their 5 year battery warranty replacement which I was happy and surprised because usually when you try to get something replaced under warranty they ask about 20 different quest
