I was one of the last oil change appointments at this shop. Charles, the manager, took my information and he was professional yet, friendly which made him very comfortable to talk to. He kept me informed about what was going on with my car the whole time. I was in and out of there within an hour. His associates were very friendly and professional as well. I would return to this location in the future. Charles is highly recommended!

Went there for my Tesla tire loosing air overnight. They visually checked and told me they couldn’t fine any nail and told me to come back if air drops again. Went back the next day as tire pressure was low. Told me it will take a while. So I drop my car. After almost 5 hours I called to find the status, told me they couldn’t find any reason for air being leaking and recommended new tire, in fact they did not even touched my car . When I told them that my car hasn’t being moved ( real time video) , he told me the truth that they were overwhelmed and nobody checked my car.

My car was towed to this shop by AAA roadside assistance on Friday, September 26. My car leaked transmission fluid and couldn’t be driven. The car care center said that they had to order the parts and that they would let me know when it was fixed by the following Tuesday ot Wednesday. They didn’t call me, so I called them. They said that a piece of transmission line was stuck in the transmission port and that they were not equipped to remove it without risking damaging the transmission. They said they would have to find a shop that could repair it. Iwaited for them to call back as they said they would do. I callled them. They now say that they are not authorized to tow it to another shop and that I had to call roadside assistance to have it towed myself. The shops that they allle

I would not recommend visiting for tire repair service. You will hear "we can't repair your tire for x reason. You need to buy new tires" Any other tire shop will repair it no problem.

I thought bringing my car here was a good idea. But just learned it’s not. Car was ONLY over heating slightly. No leaks, no smoke, nothing. Got a report saying that all the dash lights were on & when I called in I was told it has a blown head gasket & new engine. I said absolutely NOT. Got it towed back to me & the lights weren’t even on that they said other than low tire pressure. Here’s pic of the report VS the actual dashboard !! AAA, do you not teach your mechanics to actually turn the key on and not just turning it to ACC ?! Of course all the lights on the dash will be on when turning it only to ACC. I brought it here cause I thought I could get the work done and my car fixed so I can return back to work since my mechanic is backed up till middle of next week. Did nothing but waist m
