My step daughter totaled her car and it was towed to this place. Now she's having a hard enough time with the trauma of the accident. We go to the shop they tell us to come back with the money that we cannot even see the car until we come back with the foreman money. So we return at 6:00 p.m. call them the female receptionist says call back in 20 minutes. We wait for 45 she returns with a male driver and a tow truck. They refuse to do anything the male curses at me almost drives over my feet as he peels out of the parking lot. These people should not be allowed to touch other people's property and deal with the public!
