AAA Tire & Auto - Shenandoah

My wife and I have been bringing our vehicles to AAA Tire & Auto in Shenandoah since 2022, and we’ve consistently had a great experience. They’ve worked on both my work truck and our personal vehicles, and their service has always been honest and reliable. They charge exactly what they quote over the phone, and they’re upfront about anything they can’t handle in-house. We also really appreciate the complimentary shuttle service when dropping off a vehicle. It makes the whole process easy and convenient. Highly recommend them for straightforward, dependable service.

The alternator went up in my car, and I had my car towed to AAA Tire & Auto just before the snowstorm hit on Friday afternoon. As soon as they were able to reopen the shop Tuesday morning, I was the first phone call. They promptly got the part needed and had the repair completed before noon. I'm very grateful for everyone's kindness. Thank you!

4.3 rating on Google should be much higher 4.5 at least! Tyler and Tiffany and the technician staff did an excellent job for me and my 2009 pickup back up and runnin great. They promptly got my vehicle in the shop, properly diagnosed the issue with my vehicle, ordered the OEM part, installed it and then road tested it. All on the same day. It was my pleasure, thank you Shenandoah Auto!!

I am moving from Boston to Texas via driving my car. Out of no where the car could not start. We called AAA and it got towed to Shenandoah. They diagnosed my car and had it running again in about an hr. I can’t thank them enough for the quick and fast response.

Would recommend to my worst enemy. This shop charged me $95 for a diagnostic (they originally quoted me $150 plus $12 in shop fees) for a 2007 Honda Civic. Funny how I was able to get a $70 discount. Dishonest people—they’ll quote you an outrageously high number, then say they can “work with you on the price.” Hey, at least when they charge you an extra $400 for a basic repair, you get a complimentary $20 Uber. 🤣 What a total joke. I’m never coming back to this place as long as I live. I recommend anyone who reads this steers clear.
