AAA Willow Grove Car Care Insurance Travel Center

After reading the reviews I will admit I was nervous but I can honestly say this team is amazing. The night of 2/16 my daughter’s car was towed to this location. She had 2 flat tires from a pothole on her way back to college in Maryland. Tues morning I did try calling but couldn’t get through while I was on my way there. Getting there Meklo (I hope I didn’t butcher his name) informed me there was only one mechanic and he had a full load already booked. After trying to get the car towed by AAA which was an extra long wait Meklo saw they had the tires there and told me he would keep me informed. This was 8am and by 0945 my daughter’s car was ready. I was thrilled to go in today. At times the front staff can be a "little less friendly".. I had to return because the IdentGo staff were on lunch.. when I returned, I found Antonio. He was warm, welcoming full of smiles annddd this time I actually had someone who didn't mind chatting while I was serviced. I can't express enough how much it means to encounter someone that's patient, has a warm smile and practices good ole' fashion customer service! It reminds me of the AAA my grandpa used all those years ago.

Used this location for my fingerprint verification. I got the fingerprints done but the whole prices was annoying. They gather unnecessary information. In addition to fingerprints they also took photographs of everyone. Gathering data for facial recognition, probably, but not anything I consented to. For some reason, they put the must annoying guy in the place, Scott, at the front desk to greet everyone. At least it was clean.

I am/was very unhappy with my service here. Initially, I had roadside come out to my house to replace a dead battery. I got an oil change a few weeks later and was informed the battery was leaking acid, so I called AAA to remedy the situation. I had the car towed, due to their recommendation of not driving the car with a leaky battery, to the Willow Grove Car Care center because customer service said they could take care of things. It turned out the person put in a bad battery, which in turn was defective because it was leaking battery acid, AND it was the wrong size, AND didn't fix the battery mount correctly. When I spoke with the person at the counter the manager chimed in and I was told if I needed another battery I would have to pay the upgrade charge for their mistake and then call r

I came in for notary services and was taken care of promptly by Scot at the front desk to Yolanda in Tag and Title. The manager Colleen even took time to say hello. 5 Stars all the way!!!
