AAJ autoService, mechanic & tire& alignment

I visited your shop recently for service on my vehicle, and I was very disappointed with the way I was treated. The mechanic was rude and had unprofessional behavior. I felt disrespected and uncomfortable during the interaction. As a customer, I expect respectful communication and professional service. I hope you address this issue so other customers do not have the same experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter

They pulled my man’s car out of some mud , they were about their business and didn’t play about getting it out! 10/10 RECOMMEND came both days we needed them to come!!

I had a very disappointing experience . I came in for a car inspection during business hours, only to be turned away and told that the inspection specialist had already left for the day. This was not communicated ahead of time, and it felt like a complete waste of my time. I expected better organization and customer service from a company as established . Unfortunately, this experience has left me frustrated and unlikely to return.

Yall be careful when going here!! Amir tried to tell me that this was a “brand new tire” when I went on 6/23 which was a Sunday. Charged me $130 for this super used up tire but I had absolutely no choice but to take it because I would have been stranded otherwise. You can literally see how used up it is in the pictures! I took these as soon as I put the tire back on 10 min later after leaving your shop. You also made a comment saying “It’s Sunday man we charge double🤷🏻‍♂️” which is absolutely ridiculous!! Never heard that in my entire life that I have been driving. I bought tires from Walmart 6 months ago that still have double the thread more than the one you sold me! I have been a customer for years. I went in to get an estimate on what it would cost to have my brakes done because I'm on a budget. I was told that it would either be one amount or another. Needless to say I wasn't given 5 minutes of someone's time there to get an estimate on my breaks. Very disappointed
