AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care

Took my pickup to AAMCO for service on the transmission maybe a month, month and a half ago. Took it to have oil changed and was told that the pan bolt and was loose and another bolt was stripped. Called and spoke to Joe and he said I’d have to drop it off in the morning and leave it. I have a job and the pickup is my only transportation. How do I get to work? He said he didn’t know. The web site says 8-12 Saturday but he can’t do anything because their not really open

Every time I have to call and get Joe knowing what is wrong with my van now needs to be towed for the 3rd time when it’s under warranty under the company… Joe gets a smart attitude. Dealing with Randy is way better because it gets done. Now I’m without a van due to not having extra money to tow out of my own pocket….. nice I sent an email the same day and here I am with no response at all.

i had an issue with my truck. i took it to a friend of a friend my car was never fixed i was referred to aamco transmission by a friend they fixed my tahoe in a week the work was very expensive joe did everything he could to work with me and my fiancé he completed the work with no issue my truck runs so smooth i am very happy with the work i plan on returning for my other vehicle

Took my car to this shop in March Joe told me it was my clutch ( but my car is not a stick) ok so he told me that it will cost me almost 2500 dollars so I told him to go ahead and fix it . Picked up my car 4 days later less than 30 days later same problem not getting into gear called Joe back and he said bring it back told him it will not get up in speed so I had it towed . Called the next day to see what was the problem all he said that ford gave him some bad parts I’m asking what bad part did they sell you wouldn’t tell me so now at this time it’s been there 3 weeks still not communicating with me about my car so he calls and said it ready never gave me no paperwork on what he did the second time my car was there ok get car here we go again 2 weeks go by and it doing the same thing call
