I brought my car here to have my transmission fixed, and this has been the worst repair experience I’ve ever had. First, they kept my car for 8 days .. which is longer than what I was originally told. When I finally picked it up, there were new issues with the car that weren’t there before. I explained from the beginning that I rely on my car for work, but that didn’t seem to matter. When I brought it back to replace a part, I was told I’d have it back the same afternoon. Instead, I was delayed again until the next day. When I tried calling for an update, they put me on hold for 10–20 minutes each time. Out of frustration, I drove to the shop—only to find the mechanics smoking in the garage and the receptionist on his cell phone, while I was still “on hold” on their business line. When I

i know my 2001 tj is a hard trans to work on, but alec snd the fellas at cville amoco were more thsn accomadating,kept me updated daily and when i got it back runs smooth and right...and couple othet things that didnt work,work now! Thanks again to this great crew and the honoring of the warranty 100%....Im pleased as punch!

Steve was very helpful. Diagnosed my transmission and gave me the answers I needed. If I have any transmission or engine work needed I'll be going back.
