I dropped off my vehicle on February 16, 2026, after being told the repairs would be completed by that Friday. At drop‑off, the office manager informed me that the vehicle needed to be evaluated and that she would submit the findings to my warranty company, SilverRock, for approval. However, I later discovered that she provided inaccurate information. She told me on Tuesday that she had initiated the claim with SilverRock, but this was untrue. I received a text message from SilverRock on Wednesday, February 18, at 12:08 PM stating that the claim had just been initiated at that time. I have the text message confirming this. On Thursday, February 19, I called to verify the claim status, and she informed me the repairs had been approved, that parts were on order, and that they were expected

My experience with AAMCO was a little different than one would expect. Ultimately, I called because I had an indicator light on in my vehicle and was getting nowhere with the dealer. Or another mechanic. AAMCO got me in the very next morning and ran a diagnostic. They discovered that my issue should be covered by the warranty and recommended I go back to the dealer, and insist they take care of it. Crystal there at AAMCO was super kind, thoughtful and very honest. She went above and beyond to research recalls and warranty info on my vehicle and didn't want to me to have to pay a ton of money if the dealer was responsible. They also helped me get my vehicle there when I was in a pinch. I will definitely use them going forward for any of my mechanical needs and highly recommend AAMCO. Honest

Words can not even describe how amazing this business is as a whole, and with their service. Great people and great service. I came to get my car checked for a humming sound, and they found the issue the same day and worked to get it done that same day. The staff was amazing at keeping me updated with what was going on and what my options were. I had to replace both front wheel bearings and hubs. They were very willing to work with me, and even with it being easter weekend, really pushed for the best repair job. They care for their customers and want to get you back on the road safely. Very grateful for them and the time they took on my car.

Mr. Phillip and Crystal were both excellent. I took my truck to Ford and they quoted me $11,000 and said I needed a new transmission. Mr. Phillip said to let him look at it for free and at least give him the option to have a second opinion. They inspected the transmission and were completely transparent and honest throughout the entire process, telling me that it was on the verge of being replaced but could also be serviced. Leaving the choice up to me. Mr. Phillip was excellent to work with, answered all my questions and ensured that I received the best quality customer service. He was honest, helpful, transparent, hardworking and positive. My transmission is now working great and they earned a customer for life.
