I had problems with my transmission after it was serviced and reinstalled so I went by to ask questions and get possible ideas for me to try to work towards a remedy for the situation. Instead of being helpful and giving me ideas for a possible solution, the technician stood there with his arms crossed and said, "we didn't mess up, you put the transmission in backwards". WOW, if that's their answer and that's what they truly believe, I would strongly suggest taking business somewhere else as these people don't want to help or offer any kind of help, they would rather belittle the customer and make themselves sound ignant.
Aamco in Fredericksburg was great to work with! Had to replace my transmission, which no one wants to do, but they exceeded my expectations and compared to others the price and warranty was very good! Great folks!
Brought my vehicle in due to concerns over how the transmission was feeling. Called two other places only to find out that only Ford and AAMCO would work on it. The gentleman behind the counter was very courteous and called me before I even got back home to tell me it was a simple fix and it was already ready for pickup! 5 stars on affordability, 5 stars on great overall experience! I highly recommend them and will recommend to family and friends!
The shop on Backlick in Springfield, VA, was disgusting. The office and shop were dirty and in need of repair. Loud music was playing in the shop. Upon arrival, the front office door was locked, so I walked in the bay door. I was eventually greeted by a guy in flip-flops on. I was not getting my Genesis serviced there.
Dropped my mom's vehicle off Sunday night. They got to mom's vehicle first thing Monday morning. Mom's truck was only low 2 quarts of transmission fluid low. I received a call that vehicle was ready. Picked mom's truck up everything was good to go!!! Everyone was very nice and explained everything out! I'm extremely happy and will be taking my vehicles there from now on. I would recommend this shop!
