Absolutely phenomenal team here. Rick was super helpful at answering all my questions, from transmission internals to pricing to financing to completion. The techs were friendly and informative. I was quoted 7-10s and got it at 7 days (business) and Rick was great at communicating with me. Customer service A++ and pricing was more affordable than the dealer down the street. Hope to not have transmission issues for a long time and if I do or have friends that do, sending them straight here!

Jacob was so helpful and very polite throughout the entire process. He kept me updated on everything and offered other small repairs that the mechanics noticed cuz I told him there's just a lot wrong with the car. Drives much better and got it done pretty fast with how busy they are.
