Amazing owner and very transparent in repairs. Went in for a second opinion and end up giving them all the work due to their pricing and honesty about the repair. They even called me as soon as they discovered certain parts didn't need to be repaired like the first place quoted me. I'd give more stars if it was possible. I brought my 95 Honda Civic hatchback that had been sitting for years to this shop knowing it wasn't going to be an easy job. I was very up front with them before I had the car towed there. This car has been a financial and emotional burden on me for years. I've tried to fix it multiple times throughout the past few years. I just wanted to drive my car again. I feel like they did not do a proper diagnostic and just immediately started replacing parts that were expensive. My car sat there for 7 months. During those 7 months nobody would call me to keep me updated. Every time I would call to ask questions it seemed nobody could tell me anything other than the technician. 7 months and $3,000 later I had to finally say enough is enough. They acted like they were doing me a favor by not chargin

I was on my way home from having dental surgery and my tie rod broke. They were so sweet and kind, they helped me with a tow and getting it fixed, and made sure I got home safe. They didn’t take long to fix it at all and even did it on a holiday, and even fixed my brake light switch for me while they had my car! I’m so thankful for their help.

They did a great job on my transmission, transfer case also plugs and wires. The truck drives like new again. They have a great team here and explain everything thoroughly. 10/10 will continue to do business here.

This was the worst shop I’ve ever been to. Transmission slipping, was told it’s not transmission. said they changed all spark plugs, Charged 2 hrs labor to change one spark plug, said truck was fixed. Truck was not. They tell me bring it back so they could charge another diagnostic. Truck is now fixed after taking to ford in Carthage, transmission was indeed the problem. These guys suck
