I worked with Jason at AAMCO, I had a 2021 Ford Transit van that needed a new transmission. Jason was so helpful and polite and easy to work with! You know how some mechanics you just never know if you can trust them? I feel like Jason always went the extra mile to earn my trust, and he and the staff there seem very knowledgeable and professional and they just honestly want to help. How refreshing. 10 out of 10, i strongly recommended!!!

Jason, Chris, Brad and Team- They handled my transmission and TCM issues so professionally, were completely honest, cared about getting it right, went the extra mile at every stage of a very complex diagnosis- not on them, completely due to my make/model. I never once worried, I knew we were in good hands, and this shop has restored my faith in mechanics. I will recommend this shop at every opportunity, and you would have to be crazy to go anywhere else.

AAMCO in Lebanon, TN was absolutely incredible! Jason and Chris were so knowledgeable and helpful, and accommodated us on short notice. We were told we needed a new transmission from another mechanic and were quoted $11,000. We took it to Lebanon AAMCO for a second opinion, and boy, our we grateful we did! It turns out we didn’t need a brand new transmission. We needed servicing and new coils, which costs us next to nothing compared with our original quote. The Lebanon AAMCO location definitely has a customer for life after that!

do not go there.went in because my toyota truck throw out bearing was making a noise.decided to go ahead and have the clutch replaced also.have paperwork that says i have a 1 year warranty parts and labor.after driving some time as i shifted gears there was grinding -went back in and told jason of my concerns.my truck sat in their lot for 2 and a half weeks the only contact i had with aamco is when i went in to inquire about the progress.jason refused to honor the warranty - said there was nothing wrong.after a lot of conversation he offered to replace the clutch if i paid for the labor.so if there was no problem then why would he offer up this.this reinforces my opinion that warranties are no good .these companies (aamco) know that i have no recourse except legal action and they are prett
