These guys are what you hope for when you have to get work done on your vehicle. Zack, worked with me from beginning to end and was very professional, honest, and effective. I’m from Oklahoma and my car ended up at their shop because it broke down on a trip to Texas. After getting screwed around by the dealership and another shop, I finally got some honest feedback from Zack and the guys at AAMCO. My transmission was also a special case because it’s a hybrid. They were able to find great prices on parts and a good programmer to sync up the transmission with the motor. All while being a state away. They kept me apprised of everything as it was being repaired and gave accurate estimates and timelines for their work. After getting it back, the car drives like a dream - like the first day

Took my dodge 3500 for transmission repair and they quoted me 6000 so I decided to do it. About a week into it they continuously had excuses to why the repairs haven’t began. I finally get it back and drive it about couple of days and the transmission wouldn’t drive more than 30MPH and I had to take it back to their shop and told me that his guy forgot to put oil in it which later his story changed saying it did have oil but it was leaking and his guy didn’t catch it. After a week they repaired it saying the transmission blew out some parts that that got damaged. After getting it back that go round, I got the truck back I was scheduled to take it to get it lifted with a 10” lift and I got that done after a week the transmission locked up on me while driving to work so they towed it back to

I recently had service done on my car and it is driving smoothly. I have not had any issues or concerns. My check engine light has been fixed and cleared. Kudos to the AAMCO Pantego team for getting me up and running again. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽.

I was having issues with my vehicle so I called ahead to let them know the situation. The individual that answered was extremely helpful and gathered the necessary details before we pulled up. They did a full thorough diagnosis of my vehicle to find what exactly the issue was with my transmission. While they couldn't get it fixed due to factors out of their control, they still provided excellent customer service, beneficial information, and more confidence in my decision making for the next steps. If anything is wrong with my vehicle in the future, I'll absolutely reach out to them for help!!
