Google only allows 5 stars max but I’m giving Sergio 10 stars and let me tell you why. I bought a QX80 and the very next day I was experiencing transmission issues with RPM bouncing and random shakes. First transmission shop I took it too “ diagnose “ it and told me that I have a bad valve body and needed a new/rebuilt transmission which was quoted $5,900 😩. Lucky for me I decided to get a second opinion so I took it to Sergio at Durable Transmission. Sergio test drove it and suggested doing a drain and fill and replacing the filter since the fluid was real nasty and I didn’t know the maintenance history before digging deeper into the transmission. Guess what…. It worked and my issues went away, so now it drives like a dream. I can’t say enough about Sergio he saved my life and yall know w
