AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care

We have used the Cedar Park location several times over the past 10 years - from AC work to dropping in a transmission - and were always taken care of with great communication and attention to detail. We moved to Round Rock and were told when we called this location that they were #1 in the region, so we were anticipating service that meet/beat Cedar Park. Main issue is we still have the same issue as before our differential was repaired. Equally serious issue is they parked our Navigator under a tree when the Winter Storm blew in. The tree split in half onto our car and they said they didn’t see any damage. 100% incorrect, we acquired the vehicle last night (after hours) and there are 5+ areas with dents and scratches. At this point, the dishonesty is alarming and I do not trust that the

Matt was our service advisor and he was great. He got us in gave a FREE diagnostic on the issue. Had reasonable prices and honest repair suggestions. I'll be a customer here from now on!! Thanks AAMCO Of Round Rock!!

AAMCO has had our truck for over three months and still all we hear is they are "waiting on a part". We have called repeatedly and still have no answers. It's under warranty too. I expect better from a company like this.

Arrived there with a broken A/C on a Suzuki SX4. From start to finish the experience was wonderful. From walking through the door and meeting Matt who runs the office and coordinates the repairs to the mechanics who did an amazing job bringing my car back to the ice age. I can say I felt immediately comfortable leaving my car as Matt was very knowledgable about the work and kept me informed of the process throughout. It's been a week now and I have had no problems but also feel quite happy that all the work done is guaranteed with a warranty. Thank you team for amazing work and making my car comfortably drivable again. Highly rated in my book. Cheers!

Can't say enough good things about my experience. Matt in the front office made everything clear and up front. Very transparent.
