Kevin is super friendly and always provides the best service. I get my car serviced there, and I just got my car detailed there and they do such an amazing job. Their prices are very reasonable as well. Definitely recommend.

My recent experience at AAMCO was extremely disappointing. I had a transmission service done there in October, and not long after, my transmission began losing gears. The vehicle eventually became undrivable, and when I checked, there was a significant lack of transmission fluid. This was incredibly frustrating, especially since the whole point of the service was to avoid problems like this. What made the situation even worse was my interaction with Kevin, the manager/owner. In my personal experience, he was very unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with. When I tried to discuss the issues I was having, he responded in a way that felt dismissive and confrontational. Last week my husband and I (this is his google account) were on our way from the Sacramento area in California to Great Falls Montana for our daughters wedding. Her wedding was on Saturday and by Friday morning we found ourselves just starting out from Twin Falls Idaho. We had just gotten about 60 miles out side of town when our car began having engine issues. After a couple hours of some intense moments he was able to get us back to Twin Falls, but our car was definitely incapable of further traveling. Traveling from Washington State to Oklahoma, our air conditioning would go from cold to cool. This business was so great, knowledgeable, efficient, fair price, very nice facility with the most comfortable waiting area ever with comfy furniture that has recliners. Almost napped while waiting.
